THE PARENTS' GUIDE TO PUBERTY & PERIOD EDUCATION

Period conversations can help to boost young women’s confidence. It can allow her to believe in herself and disarm the stigma and stereotyping around periods.

At The Period Place, we are not ashamed to talk about periods, and we are actively working to destigmatise all conversations around the topic. We do this because we believe every girl deserves a fun-filled, no shaming, proper education on the topic that raises well-deserved awareness and access to hygienic period products for everyone.

This is why we have prepared this guide to help mums and dads like you understand the changes happening to your daughter as she grows up.
